Keel Billed Interactive, based in Türkiye, operates Wugi Wogo. You may request deletion of your Wugi Wogo account and associated account data.
Delete in the app
Sign in to Wugi Wogo, open profile or account settings and select the account deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@wugiwogo.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
What is deleted
Account profile information, favorites and saved reading progress associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized, unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
